A cultural day around Boston. Celtics

Today we learned about American culture, we took a very long walk around the city of Boston. When we arrived at school they gave us a bag with salad, fries, apple, biscuits, and a bottle of water. Thanks BISB for making the food. We walked to the nearest metro stop, it was a 45 minute walk. From there we took the subway to Boston, the beginning of the route was the Bunker monument, then we went to the US Constitution, we continued by crossing the Charlestown Bridge, which was very scary because we saw the river under our feet, we passed by the Converse factory to Old North Church, we crossed streets and streets following a red path all the way, "The Freedom Trail". Then we saw the Paul Revere's house, the oldest wooden structure in Boston, we walked and walked until we reached Faneuil Hall, a plaza with many shops and a very nice market with a variety of American food that we loved. We rested after seeing the tallest building in Massachusetts because it was raining.

Then we saw a cemetery, where some of the important presidents from the united states were, it was very interesting.

We came back to a subway stop then, and we came back to the nearest one to the school, it started to rain hard so we had to run, then we came back to the school, a little wet but we had a lot of fun.

The boys went to a basketball match. They watched Celtics vs. Bucks. It was amazing!!!!They ate hamburgers and it was an incredible experience. Thanks families for letting us go.
